3630618 - National ID showing as empty in Manage Pending Hiring with Automatic Hiring - Onboarding

Symptom

Candidate lands in Manage Pending Hiring with Error message: "Fiscal number/NationalID is a required field and cannot be blank." even if filled in Personal Data Collection step.

Environment

SAP SucessFactors Onboaring

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Start onboarding process for candidate;
  2. Complete Personal Data Collection;
  3. Candidate lands in Manage Pending Hires (MPH) with error

Cause

The NationalID field is marked as mandatory in another portlet on manage business configuration 

Resolution

Remove the mandatory parameter for the NationalID field in Manage Business Configuration Portlet;
