3630726 - Not all PR Items are listed in "Monitor Purchase Requisition Items" App

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Purchase requisitions are displayed in this app based on the following criterias:

• Purchasing document category is 'F'
• PR is not blocked
• PR is not completed or PR is completed and Incompleteness category (In the App Monitor purchase requisition item those PRs will not be visible from which a follow on document is created and the quantity is fully utilized in follow on document)
• Supplier is not maintained or Purpose Completed indicator is not set for the relevant supplier
• PR item is not deleted or closed 
• Quantity ordered is smaller than the quantity requested or quantity requested = 0 and item category = 'A'

For those that do not meet these criterias, try to finding them in the Manage Purchase Requisitions Professional or Display Purchase Requisition - Advanced app.
