  • In the Alert Management, alerts are received regarding JAVA system availability:
    Alert:  Java System not available 
    Metric: Java System Http Availability  
    Error message: [RC=404][call to URL http(s)://<MessageServerHost>:<MessageServerHTTP(S)Port>/startpage took NN ms

  • However, when the System or instance is checked, it is running with no issues.
