3630778 - Maintaining Thailand Tax ID in VAT Registration No. Field

Symptom

Users need to maintain the tax ID in the VAT Registration No. field. When using the classic transaction report (RFUMSV00), the prefix "TH" is required. However, when using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), the prefix "TH" is not required. There is conflict between RFUMSV00 and SAP DRC about the value in VAT Registration No. field.
