3630834 - User ID not synchronized in target system organizational structure despite successful IDoc transfer

Symptom

A user ID is not appearing in the organizational structure of the target system, even though the employee data is correctly maintained in the source system and IDocs have been successfully posted. Running the HRALXSYNC report in the target system results in the following error:

“Determination of connections to object 'CP' of 'US' '[User ID]' failed.”
