- Upcoming class reminder email notification not getting triggered for users when threshol is set to 0
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Cause
Email will not be triggered if the threshold is set to 0
Resolution
Please set a proper value for threshold field for Upcoming Class Reminder Email Notification APM.
When the threshold is set to 0, then no emails will be triggered by this APM.
When the threshold is set to 1, then emails will be triggered for class which will start within 24 hours.
