Symptom
Certain actions cause the CMS-Server to increase in Memory size until the Server crashes.
- Trying to open the AD-Configuration.
- The scheduled AD-Sync continues to run without errors.
- Trying to add members to certain User Groups
- When querying certain Enterprise User Groups through the query Builder
- This does not necessarily cause a crash, but significant memory size increases.
- We cannot say for certain which specific user groups, this behavior whilst querying "top x"
The following behavior may be experienced after clicking on the Group List in CMC -> Users and Groups, or navigating within the Group Hierarchy, or login with specific users
- CMS may use 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% CPU
- CMS memory usage is indefinitely increasing
- CMS will eventually crash or be killed by OS handling.
