3630996 - SAC payment generated for next semester payment

Symptom

The system is generating incorrect wage types for SAC payments:

  • When processing the first semester SAC, the system generates wage type /4S4 — which is designated for the second semester.
  • When processing the second semester SAC, the system generates wage type /4S2 — which is designated for the first semester.

In both cases, the wage types are being assigned to the wrong semester.
