3631026 - Sales Unit Determination in Offline Mode for Sales Orders

In offline mode, the Document type and Account are pre-populated. If no changes are made, the sales unit is not recalculated. If changes are made to the Document Type or Account, then the sales unit is determined.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Synchronize and go in offline mode.
2. Open a visit e.g. ABC ( ABC stand for the Visit ID).
3. From "follow-up items" tab, click New.
4.  Sales Quote.
5. Account and Document Type are automatically populated.
6. The warning tells the user to select the Sales Unit.

The own employee XYZ (uuid 5xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx00x of employee XYZ) is not synched to offline. Therefore the employee assignment to the sales unit is not synched neither and is missing to determine the sales unit in the document.

1. Ensure that the own employee is synched.
2. Use “First Level” in “Related Download Rules” instead of the default settings as “All” to avoid syncing too much data.
