3631054 - Unable to Publish Service Group API_SRVCMGMTFSMREPLICATIONRULE – Manual Service Binding Required

You are attempting to set up multi-company integration between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Field Service Management (FSM). As part of the setup, you have successfully implemented the following SAP Notes:

• SAP Note 3339875
• SAP Note 3532777

Following the implementation, you confirm in transaction SE80 that the Service Definition API_SRVCMGMTFSMREPLICATIONRULE was created.

However, when attempting to publish the service group in transaction /n/IWFND/V4_ADMIN, the issue arises:

• Navigating to "Publish Service Group" and searching for API_SRVCMGMTFSMREPLICATIONRULE results in no matching service group found.
• As a consequence, running the "Synchronize Multiple Company Mapping Configuration" iFlow in SAP Cloud Integration fails with the following error message:
  • Service group 'API_SRVCMGMTFSMREPLICATIONRULE' not published
