3631132 - You Cannot Delete the Account Note, if it is not Added as the Latest Note

When try deleting the account note, you get an error: Only the latest note of type S006 (Account Notes) can be deleted is triggered.

1. Go to the Account entity and open an Account LMN (where LMN represents the account name).
2. In the General tab, go to the Notes section.
3. Using Add button maintain multiple notes of type as Account Notes.
4. When you try to delete the note which is not the latest note, you get an error: Only the latest note of type S006 (Account Notes) can be deleted. 

1. Go to the Settings->All Settings.
2. Under Data Administration click on the Note Types Assignment.
3. Search and open the Business Service as an Account.
4. Here, you can see for the standard note type S006 with Description Account Notes the column Delete Latest Only is checked. This is the reason, you can only delete the latest note within account.

Currently, we do not allow to un-check Delete Latest Only within Note Types Assignment of an Account business service so the old notes can also be deleted. 

This is current system behavior.
