3631147 - OData API - Attachment's lastModifiedDateTime Updated When File is Replaced - Recruiting Management

When a file is replaced in Resume, Cover Letter, or a custom attachment field, the lastModifiedDateTime property of the file is updated with the Date and Time from the change.

Replacing the file might update the lastAccessed property, depending on how the file field is modified. Since a property has changed, it's expected that the lastModifiedDateTime will also be updated.

This is an expected behavior. It's not possible to prevent the lastAccessed from being modified.
