Cause

PRO03 is the correct planning category for revenue recognition key SPTMSR.
There are generally 3 planning categories for CPM:
PRO01 - Based on CPM baseline planning
PRO02 - Based on CPM Ongoing plan
PRO03 - CPM EAC (Estimation At Completion)

Resolution

To create the planned revenue for SPTMSR projects, ensure 'PRO03' is written via the "Transfer forecast to Finance job".
