3631202 - Candidate data is partially anonymized post instance refresh - Recruiting Management/HCM Suite

After an instance fresh, Job Applications are displaying as "[Name] Anonymized" or "Anonymized [Name]" or just "Anonymized Anonymized".

One of the anonymization processes of an Instance Refresh is Shuffling Column Values, and this behavior can happen when Users in the system weren't anonymized as part of the instance refresh, so their data get scrambled with Recruiting's.

As documented in the Implementation Guide's page, Instance Refresh Data Anonymization Fields, Recruiting Candidate Data type of anonymization is Shuffling Column Value. This means that the data in the system will be scrambled, which results in the different naming convention seen in the Job Applications.
