Symptom
This article describes the impact of the DC23 to DC82 migration on Message Center Recruiting Emails.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
Impact:
- The Message Center feature within RCM is affected by this migration.
- Any conversations initiated between recruiters and candidates prior to the migration will not reflect replies from candidates if the candidates respond to older email threads.
- Recruiters will not receive candidate replies sent via pre-migration email threads.
Recommended Actions:
- Recruiters should re-initiate the conversation with candidates to ensure communication continuity.
- Alternatively, recruiters can reply to the earlier message in the existing thread. This ensures that candidates receive an updated message with a new communication link, which can then be used for ongoing correspondence.
All new email threads post-migration should have no issues. This change is targeted for Q3 2025. This article will be updated if there are changes with the dates.
