3631232 - ALE - IDoc fails with error 1040:<no error message available> in WE02

Symptom

An IDoc sent via SOAP protocol fails in WE02 and get stuck with status 02 'Error passing data to port' due to error below:

Problem with SOAP class

Message no. EA390 

Diagnosis

The SOAP IDoc application could not be started successfully. 

System Response

The problem occurred in the method call: execute_processing

1040:<no error message available> 

Procedure

Inform your system administrator.
