3631244 - Competency Assessment Data report displaying Alphanumeric ID instead of Attribute ID in LMS

While running Competency Assessment Data (CSV) and searching with Attribute ID, LMS doesn't bring any results. However, if searched with Attribute Name (Description), the system shows the Attribute, but with an Alphanumeric ID instead of the Attribute ID that exists in LMS.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in to LMS 
2. Go to Reports-> Search for Competency Assessment Data (CSV)
3. Click on the Filter icon next to Competency.
4. Search for a specific Competency ID that exists in LMS > Learning Activities > Attributes
5. No results found, although this Competency ID exists in LMS
6. Search with the description of the Attribute ID.
7. The result is shown, but the ID is alphanumeric for ex. 'beedadb7-b25b-42e1-8231-c58394f5f2b7'.

The engineering team plans to permanently deprecate these legacy reports from LMS. Customers can use SAC reports that can provide a relation between skills and items.
