3631333 - SUM does not offer option to enter Execution phases after Preprocessing

Symptom

After successful finishing Preprocessing, SUM does not offer option to enter Execution phase. Click Next button it only shows Reset phases.

  The roadmap step "Preprocessing" completed successfully. You can continue with roadmap step "Reset".
