3631373 - During Onboarding with ZATCA process, 'Check Compliance' action with no results

Symptom

While executing T-Code SACSIDG, below errors can be seen

  • 'Check Compliance' action is ending with no result.
  • The status remains as 'CCSID is received' and doesn't change to expected 'CCSID Compliance check is completed' status.
  • And in CPI results with following error:
    'com.sap.it.xmljson.JsonXmlException: Invalid JSON document. Document is empty., cause: java.io.EOFException: End of input at line 1 column 1 path $' is triggered:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental"
