Further checking the SPLUNK/Backend logs, it points to "You are trying to modify multiple records with the same keys (user-id , start-date , seq-number). Please review the data and try again "

1. Go to Scheduled Job Manager
2. Search for job type : Position Management Daily Hierarchy Adaptation
3. Run the job manually or wait for the daily job to complete.
4. Download status

Notice Position Management Daily Hierarchy Adaptation completed with errors with processing details which says "An error occurred while the incumbent of position with the code XXX was being transferred to their new manager. Please check the job information record of this incumbent for consistency."

• Engineering team has permanently fixed the issue in 2H 2025 release.
