3631429 - How to hide offboarding dashboard - Onboarding

Symptom

The requirement is to hide / disable the offboarding dashboard for an admin user, but keep the onboarding dashboard visible.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

Permission configuration.

Resolution

  1. Go to RBP Troubleshooting tool
  2. Select the affected admin
  3. Find which role grants them the "Process" permission
  4. Go to Manage Permission Role > Open that role
  5. See "Assignments"
  6. Remove the target population of All Employees

Note:
This will affect onboarding dashboard too, in particular during internal hire and visibility of onbordees with a past start date and already hired from MPH. It is recommended to test permissions in test / preview instances before making changes in productive environments, and reach out to Consulting resources for further configuration queries.
