3631444 - You are not authorized to access Pay Out Time when accessing Payout Request for terminated user

• The "Pay Out Time" link does not function for inactive (terminated) employees, displaying an authorization error message: "You are not authorized to access Pay Out Time."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Terminate an employee in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
2. Attempt to access the "Pay Out Time" page via the employee profile.
3. Observe the error message: "You are not authorized to access Pay Out Time."
4. Delete the termination record to revert the employee to active status.
5. Access the "Pay Out Time" page again and observe that it functions as expected.

If the user is inactive (terminated), permission is not available and the error message is shown. This is expected behavior.

It is recommended to create a payout directly during the termination screen, where a link to payout is available on the UI.
