3631454 - Sync Scheduled Process not working after Restore - SAP SuccessFactors Agent Lifecycle Management

Symptom

After a restore of Lower environment from PROD environment, Sync scheduled process is not working as scheduled. There is a need to run the sync process manually.

Without the sync processing, data cannot be pushed/sync to the database.
