3631468 - Unable to save/set Selection variant as default or make the fields prefilled in VA05

Symptom

  • With the classic VA05 report (program SAPMV75A) it is not possible to save the selected parameters as a selection variant or to make the selection fields pre-filled.
  • With the optimized VA05 report (program SD_SALES_DOCUMENT_VIEW) it is not possible to set a selection variant as default.
  • In VA05 on ECC or on S/4HANA it is not possible to prefill the selection fields based on a variant.
