Symptom
After creating a new signature template with assigned placeholders, you create a new email for a contact person using this template.
However, the following fields are not populated: UserMobPhoneNumber, OrganizationEmailID ,OrganizationWebsite, OrganizationHouseNumber

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Contact ABC ( ABC stand for the Contact ID)
- Create New E-mail
- Select signature
- Check placeholder assignment in email body and observe:
The following fields are not populated
- UserMobPhoneNumber
- OrganizationEmailID
- OrganizationWebsite
- OrganizationHouseNumber
Resolution

Validate and update your Sales Organization/Department details:
- Go to the General Tab within the organizational structure.
- Check and ensure the House Number, Email Address, and Website fields are correctly filled in and up-to-date.

Confirm your employee profile information:
- Navigate to Administrator.
- Open the Employee section.
- Click on Edit.
- Verify that your mobile number is accurate and current.
