Symptom
- Surveys are not automatically assigned to certain visits despite routing rules being defined.
- This issue occurs when visits are created before the routing rule is activated.

Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisite: A routing rule is defined for visit generation, which should assign the survey automatically to the visits.
- Navigate to the Visit work center.
- Open the Visit work center view.
- Search for and open a visit XXXX, where XXXX represents the visit ID.
- Access the Survey facet.
- Observe that no survey is assigned to the visit, even though routing rules are defined.
Cause
The survey is not automatically assigned because the visit was created prior to the activation of the routing rule.
Resolution
- Understand that the current and expected behavior of the product is to assign surveys automatically only to visits created after the routing rule activation.
- Ensure routing rules are activated before generating visits to avoid this issue.
