3631530 - The Diagnostics Agent is not running at OS level due to error message: "Java node 'SMDAgent' terminated with exit code -11112"

Symptom

The Diagnostics Agent is not running at OS level and not connected to the SAP Solution Manager due to the error message at dev_smdagent:

ERROR => Java node 'SMDAgent' terminated with exit code -11112.
Error the agent cannot be parked because the smd server is not available.
[EXCEPTION]
javax.naming.NoPermissionException: Exception during getInitialContext operation. Wrong security principal/credentials. [Root exception is com.sap.engine.services.security.exceptions.BaseLoginException: Cannot authenticate the user.]
