3631554 - Product ID Not Displayed While Creating New Product Count

Product ID not displayed while trying to create New Product Count.

Inventory

1. Go to the Physical Inventory work center.
2. Navigate to the Common Tasks view and choose the option New Product Count.
3. In the New Product Count Screen, Enter the Storage Location ID and relevant Product ID.
4. Choose the button Go.

There is no stock for the product for which you are trying to create Inventory count.

1. Go to the Physical Inventory work center.
2. Navigate to the Common Tasks view and choose the option New Product Count.
3. In the New Product Count Screen, Enter the Storage Location ID and relevant Product ID.
4. Select the check box against the field "Show Products with No Inventory".
5. Choose the button Go.

The system will display the product which does not have inventory for creating product count.
