3631559 - Single Sign On (SSO) not working for AO reports

Symptom

  • Configure Configure Security Token Service as specified in 2781286 - How To: Configure Security Token Service (STS) communication on BI 4.2, BI 4.3 and above - SAP for Me 
  • Manual logon works fine
  • Error seen in STS traces is as follows :STS: User [#USERNAME] doesn't have any alias for SAP system [#SAP_SYSTEM_NAME] 
    STS: The KeyStore contains no entry for alias "#ALIAS_NAME". Ensure that this alias is correct. You may check the available aliases in a key store using Java key tool.     
  • AO Logs show the following error : Exception when retrieving SAPAssertionTicket forS4D
