3631576 - FBP/RBP target population is not respected in Compensation Story reports

The Story Report for Compensation domain is not is not respecting the FBP or RBP target population.

For Example: Target Population is not being followed correctly or reported numbers are not accurate.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Compensation Form Template Changes are not synchronized in SAC story report metadata.

The recommendation is to initiate a below jobs to synchronise the metadata refresh and RBP role refresh. Please follow the following steps:

1. Identify the compensation form templates involved in the SAC story report.

2. Identify the FBP enabled field of the compensation templates that is pulled into the SAC story report. Open the field definition in Column Designer.

3. Perform a temporary change by editing the FBP view permission on this field. (This is to enable the save button. Please then revert the change. The save button will remain enabled even after reverting the changes).

4. Click the save button.

5. Ensure the below jobs are initiated and completed successfully. 

6. Please note that the above step is only required to be executed once when template changes are not synchronised with SAC story metadata. Any subsequent changes to form templates will be synchronised automatically as events are emitted during each change.
