3631576 - Import of Compensation Story Report is successful, but not working as expected.

The Story Report for Compensation domain is not functioning as expected, despite the report being successfully imported.

For Example: Target Population is not being following correctly or reported numbers are not accurate.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Currently the SAC import of Story report for Compensation Story is not supported.

The recommendation is to create a new story report from scratch, and not import it.  

Workaround:

In case the import is necessary then please ensure that the "Logical Model change job" is initiated with event ID as "CompTemplateChange". This job is needed to ensure that the report is in sync with the data present in this instance. This job is automatically activated whenever a modification is made to any of the Compensation Template. For example, adding a temporary column, saving the modification, and subsequently deleting the same column. 

In case the workaround mentioned above is followed and the issue persists, a new report will have to be created as support will not be able to provide assistance on the imported report.
