3631602 - ESI - Inbound queue of destination contains no units with errors when cancelling messages in SRT_MONI

Symptom

  • When attempting to cancel provider-side messages in the SRT_MONI transaction, the system raises the message 'Message cancelled' (SRT_CORE 252). However, the status does not update to 'Cancelled' 
  • During the cancellation operations in the SRT_LOG transaction, users receive the message: 'Inbound queue <queue name> of destination <Web Service destination name> contains no units with errors'
