How to request to be part of the Release Pre-Upgrade Testing of SAP CPQ.

Reproducing the Issue

Cause

Request to take part in SAP CPQ Pre-Upgrade Testing.

Resolution

  • Carefully read the "Pre-Upgrade Testing Offering" Help Article and  "Signing Up for Pre-Upgrade Testing"
  • Engage SAP CPQ Support Team (CEC-SAL-CPQ) requesting to be part of Pre-Upgrade test phase
    • For better case tracking, kindly add the <release_identifier> in the subject title, followed by "Pre-Upgrade Testing Request
    • Be sure to, on case raising, provide reply to following points, also listed on the article informed above:
      • Approval to copy the Sandbox tenant data into the Pre-Upgrade environment: (Y/N)
      • Source URL of the Sandbox tenant to be moved to the Pre-Upgrade environment:
      • Do you want the test data created in the Pre-Upgrade testing tenant to be copied back to the Sandbox tenant? (Y/N)
  • SAP CPQ Operations Team will review the request and provide information regarding the onboarding process.
