3631720 - Organization Replication from Successfactors to Sales Cloud Version 2

You have a requirement to replicate the Organization structure from SuccessFactors to Sales Cloud Version 2.

The business case might be due to the possible repeated activity to update the employee in the respective organization unit.

There is no replication/integration available for Organizational Structure from Success Factors to Sales Cloud Version 2 (ESM scope).

You can still consume the Rest APIs for Organizational Data (Distribution Channel, Division, and Organizational Unit);

Alternatively, we can import Organizational Units data through Data Impex (e.g. Settings > Data Import and Export > Entity Organizational Unit (Complete Entity))
