3631720 - Organization Replication from Successfactors to Sales Cloud Version 2

You have a requirement to replicate the Organization structure from SuccessFactors to Sales Cloud Version 2.

The business case might be due to the possible repeated activity to update the employee in the respective organization unit.

There is no replication/integration available for Organizational Structure from Success Factors to Service Cloud Version 2 / Enterprise Service Management(ESM)

The possible work arounds are listed below

• Use the custom exit in SAP Cloud Integration Iflow and consume the below REST API to create the Org Units before sending Employees. API Schema for REST API is available here
  
  
• Using Data Impex : Import Organizational Units data through Data Impex (e.g. Settings > Data Import and Export > Entity Organizational Unit (Complete Entity))
