3631752 - External dependencies jar not getting picked up properly in SAP Commerce Cloud

Symptom

Customization of mail sending using Microsoft Graph API for 2FA worked locally (Windows, Fedora) but failed with method not found exception below in Commerce Cloud environment. Azure documentation confirms the method is valid in com.azure.core.credential.AccessToken, and relevant jar presents in custom/xxxxxx/lib/azure-core-1.55.3.jar.
