3631758 - The restriction type "Authorization Group for Supplier" only works for value help

The restriction type "Authorization Group for Supplier" works for value help, but it can't control authorization for proposal and payment runs.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a new business role with empty business catalog in the Maintain Business Users app.
2. Assign only the Manage Automatic Payments app to this business role under IAM Apps tab in the Maintain Business Users app. There will be some other IAM apps added at the same time due to dependency.
3. After saving those apps for the new role, click on Edit button, select all the IAM apps, and click on Maintain Restrictions button.
4. Set restrictions to Restricted for Write access.
5. Set restrictions to Unrestricted for Company Code/Payment BUKRS_CLPAYM.
6. Set restrictions to Unrestricted for all the authorization groups except the one for suppliers.
7. Set and test specific restrictions for the authorization groups for suppliers.

The restriction type "Authorization Group for Supplier" ONLY works for value help. It can't control authorization for proposal and payment runs.

"Write" and "Read" for the restriction type "Authorization Group for Supplier" will be removed in a future release.

Before the correction is delivered, ignore this restriction type for the Manage Automatic Payments app.
