3631787 - Custom Field Created in Employment Differentiators in manage data Not Visible in Page Header Context Switcher

A custom field was created under Employment Differentiators in Manage Data. However, it is not appearing in the Context Switcher on the page header.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to manage Data>Employment Differentiator.
2. Select EMP_DIFFERENTIATOR.
3. Add custom field under Employment Differentiator Fields.
4. When logged in as user "AAA", the custom field is not visible in the Context Switcher on the page header.

• The custom field will not be displayed in the Context Switcher if the logged-in user, whose profile is being accessed, does not have View or Edit permission for that field in the Job Information element under any of their assigned Permission Roles.
• Provide View/Edit permission for the field in job information for the assigned role to make custom field visible in Context switcher profile header.
