3631791 - Activity Internal Remarks is not behaving same as Activity Remarks Field and does not allow Multi-line Input

Symptom

Activity Internal Remarks field is added via Screen Configuration 'ServiceCallAppActivityTab'. However, it appears to be a single line Text Box and does not allow multi-line input as compared to Activity Remarks field in the same Screen Configuration.
