3631806 - Intelligent services is not available in Upgrade Center

Symptom

  • Customer would like to enable Intelligent Services in Upgrade Center by following KBA 2212494 - Enabling and accessing Intelligent Services Center on SuccessFactors. However, that option is not visible in Upgrade Center.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Upgrade Center.
  2. Attempt to locate "Intelligent Services".
  3. Observe that "Intelligent Services" is not displayed.

Cause

The cause of the issue is that in Provisioning, the options "Enable Intelligent Services" and "Enable Intelligent Services Center (ISC)" are already checked.

Resolution

  1. Access Provisioning.
  2. Uncheck "Enable Intelligent Services".
  3. Uncheck "Enable Intelligent Services Center (ISC)".
  4. Save the changes
  5. Verify that "Intelligent Services" is now displayed in the Upgrade Center.
