3631855 - Inspection lot event InspectionLotChanged is not triggered by usage decision

You want to use inspection lot events to communicate with external systems. When usage decision is made for the inspection lot, a change event InspectionLotChanged is expected to be triggered. However, after the usage decision is saved, no event is triggered.

This is standard behavior.
Usage decision is not considered as an operation that "changes" the inspection lot in this case, as a result, no inspection lot change event will be triggered.

Only the changes made to the inspection lot via Change Inspection Lot can be used to triggered the inspection lot change event. For example, changing the quantity or short text of the inspection lot. Use such operations to trigger the event.
If usage decision needs to be used, a feature request should be raised for this.
