3631894 - Unable to access apps Monitor Central Purchase Contract Items and Monitor Purchase Order Items Centrally

Users are unable to access the Monitor Central Purchase Contract Items (F3492) and Monitor Purchase Order Items Centrally (F3676) Fiori apps.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The required scope items (2ME, 2XT, and 4AI) are not activated in the system. Additionally, the necessary business catalogs are either inactive or not assigned to user roles.

To enable access to the apps, perform the following steps:

1. Activate the required scope items:

   • 2ME – Central Procurement

   • 2XT – Central Purchase Contracts

   • 4AI – Central Purchasing

2. Activate the required business catalogs related to these apps.

3. Assign the activated catalogs to appropriate user roles.

Once these steps are completed, users will be able to access both applications as expected.
