3631926 - An error is encountered when attempting to save the document generation template with 'Digital Signature' set to 'Applicable'

• Getting below Error while saving the document generation template with digital signature is selected Applicable.
• Error : The request can’t be processed because there’s a mismatch between the signer’s configuration and the Digital Signature placeholders. Ensure each signer has a corresponding placeholder to continue.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Document Generation

1. Manage Document Template >Document generation template.
2. Select the template and fill all the other required fields. 
3. Select Digital signature : Applicable.
4. Select : Assign Signers. 
5. In the Template content you added placeholder for signer as [[Signature]] or [[Signer]] or any other keywords.
6. Click Save below error occurs.
7. Error: The request can’t be processed because there’s a mismatch between the signer’s configuration and the Digital Signature placeholders. Ensure each signer has a corresponding placeholder to continue.

To resolve this issue, Please use the appropriate placeholders for digital signatures within the templates such as 'R_Signature1', 'R_Signature2', 'R_Signature3', 'R_Signature4', etc., for each signer, and 'R_SignatureDate1', 'R_SignatureDate2', 'R_SignatureDate3', 'R_SignatureDate4', etc., for the corresponding signature dates.
