SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Log in to SAC.
2. Navigate to Security > Users.
3. Add the user ID with a 20-character length or with a special character like a Hyphen.

Notice the error: User-ID can only contain upper-case, digits, underscores, or multi characters with maximum length 20.

This is behavior by design.

It is not possible to add user id with more than 20 characters nor with special characters.
