3632070 - "Provide Additional Details" card behaviour on Reimagined Candidate Experience

The "Provide Additional Details" card appears on new candidate experience even though there is no required fields to be filled by the candidate for that status

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Submit job application as candidate via the Reimagined candidate experience on career site
2. As Recruiter, move the application to a status where fields are editable for the candidate in that status
3. In the career site, candidate sees a card called "Provide Additional Details" for that job application
4. After clicking on the card, you will see that there are fields to be edited but none of them are mandatory fields

Product Management team have confirmed that the card will show as long as there is at least one field that does not have a value in it (required or non-required) and candidate has write permission for that field.

If there are mandatory fields, these fields will need to be filled in before it's possible to click "Submit". However, when mandatory fields are not present, the card will be removed after clicking "Submit" without filling any additional fields. The reason is because the card is there just to notify the candidate about pending information to provide and at the time of filling the application they cannot be forced to fill 100% of the null fields.
