3632096 - Statements are being incorrectly recalled - Compensation

Statements are being recalled from the profile even when the feature "Enable recall of statements when completed worksheets are routed back to in-progress status." is unchecked.

• SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

1. Make sure feature "Enable recall of statements when completed worksheets are routed back to in-progress status." is unchecked.
2. Complete worksheets and generate the statements.
3. Check employee's profile and confirm statement is visible
4. Route form back to in progress
5. Check employee's profile again and statement is no longer visible
6. Once form is routed back to completed, statement is visible again and timestamp is same as previous one

Compensation, Variable Pay and Combined Statements permissions are missing from Employee Data.

When the option "Change permissions for who can view generated statements" is selected in Manage Permissions under Manage Statement Template page, the RBP must be configured. When forms are routed back to in progress, the selection above no longer apply and permission followed will be the ones defined in RBP, that is the current system behavior.
