When the user tries to generate the offer for the candidates, an application error occurs, and the offer is not generated:

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Requiting and access job requisition.
2. Select the candidate.
3. Click on take action >> Offer approval
4. Error message appears

This error occurs due to a mismatch between the job requisition and the offer details template. Typically, this happens when the field type is altered in the job requisition template, causing it to diverge from the offer details template.

1. Validate the Offer Detail and Job requisitions XML's and identify the type mismatch error.
2. Correct the mismatch: Ensure that the field configured in the offer is correctly configured to match the type in Job Req Template.
3. Re-proceed with the Offer process to validate if the issue is resolved.
