Symptom

Onboarding welcome email is displayed as HTML code on G-Mail App.

However, the email is displayed normally on the web page, and this issue has not appeared in other email mobile apps either.

Reproducing the Issue

Use Google Email mobile app to receive SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding welcome email
Observe that the email displays HTML code instead of the formatted message
However, the email is displayed normally on the web page

Cause

The issue is related to the settings of the candidate's G-Mail app.
