3632217 - Ship-to party address value copied from sold-to party instead of space in one-time customer scenario when API_SALES_ORDER_SRV creates sales order in S/4HANA on-Premise

• Sales order uses one-time customer. API_SALES_ORDER_SRV passes address values to Sold-to party. In the created order, it can be seen that Ship-to party address values are the same as Sold-to party. 
• An address field doesn't exist in payload for Ship-to Party. But in the created sales order, the field is not blank, it has the same value as Sold-to Party.
• Not only Ship-to party, other partner functions that use the same customer number as Sold-to party will have the same behavior.
