3632255 - The display format does not appear in the national id field under Dependent - Onboarding

Symptom

  • The display format does not appear in the national id field under "Dependent" section.
  • When a candidate registers a dependent/family member, national id does not show the ghost text in this way XX-XXXXXXXX-X.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as the candidate
  2. Try to complete "Persoanl Data Collection" step
  3. Go to "Dependents"
  4. Click "Edit Details"
  5. There is no display format in "National Id" field

Resolution

This is the system behavior.

The fields using the display format are limited to the national id field under the "National Id HRIS Element" for candidates.
