3632262 - Internal Hire Process Duplicates in Onboarding Dashboard - Onboarding

Activated internal hire shows duplicate processes on Onboarding Dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate internal hire from EC
2. Observe duplicate internal hire processes appeared simultaneously on Onboarding Dashboard
3. Go to "Manage Data > Process Trigger", search the process id or application id, there are two process triggers
4. Process Initiation Type is different. One is "Crossboarding Initiated from Employee Central", another is "Initiated via Rule Function"

• After triggering the internal hire from Employee Central, the first internal hire process is automatically generated. 
• Simultaneously, the business rule with scenario "Trigger onPostSave Events for Job Information" generates the second internal hire process.

Disable the business rule with scenario "Trigger onPostSave Events for Job Information".
