Unable to change Offer Detail Template using business rules when an Offer Approval is already initiated for the candidate

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Initiate Offer Approval for a candidate
2. Approver rejects the offer approval to change a few details
3. Recruiter changes details and re-initiates the offer approval
4. The changes made have changed the conditions configured in the Offer Approval rule and a different Offer Detail Template should populate
5. Template does not change, it remains the same

This is an Expected Behaviour

You can create a business rule that automatically selects specific offer approval template to use when you want to create an offer approval.

You can only run Rule for Offer Template Selection for new offer approvals, and not for approvals already in process or recently changed.
